As a seasoned residential property manager with over 15 years of experience, I’ve honed my skills in the dynamic world of real estate, specializing in student housing management since 2015. My journey began in 2008 under the mentorship of Meera Gupta, a brilliant real estate agent who taught me the intricacies of property investment and management for international clients in downtown Toronto.
With a strong foundation in real estate and a completed OREA license program, I discovered my true passion lies in property management rather than sales. This realization led me to a role as a leasing administrator, where I refined my tenant screening skills and gained invaluable insights into large-scale property management operations.
